Agnieszka Ciesielska is senior technical sales specialist at Element Biosciences. Her background is in genomics, transcriptomics, spatial multi-omics, and single cell omics. She joined Element Biosciences in July 2025 and her role as senior TSS involves technical client support for existing and new applications and business development.

Prior to this Agnieszka graduated PhD in Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry in Poznan, Poland, where she was working in the field of molecular biology and biochemistry. Afterward she was actively supporting researches in implementation technologies as digital droplet PCR, single cell omics and spatial-omics and in situ (while working at Bio Rad and 10x Genomics). She has over 12 years of commercial experience. She collaborates with scientists in all EMEA distribution region, making sure they use right tools to their scientific questions.
