Established in 2023, TeamPerMed brings together experts in genomics, clinical medicine, bioinformatics, data science and public health to advance the implementation of personalised medicine in Estonia and across Europe. 

The project develops innovative approaches that combine genomic, health and lifestyle data with artificial intelligence to improve disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment. Its work focuses on translating research into practical healthcare solutions, including risk prediction tools, pharmacogenomics applications and clinical decision support systems.
